TOGETHER WE CAN

Enhance Economic Stability

Thanks to responsible financial management and low taxes, Livonia has long been a city where families and businesses can thrive. I am committed to keeping Livonia one of the most affordable places in Wayne County, ensuring that residents keep more of their hard-earned money while benefiting from top-quality city services and public safety.

A strong, stable economy allows us to maintain and improve our roads, parks, and essential services without overburdening taxpayers. By making smart financial decisions, we will continue building a Livonia that is economically strong and can support its community.

Strengthen Public Safety

Safety is the foundation of any strong community, and every resident deserves to feel secure in their neighborhood. That’s why I will work to enhance public safety across our city, ensuring that our police, fire, and emergency responders have the resources and support they need. Resources include retaining competitive pay and benefits to attract and maintain the best first responders. When we prioritize public safety, we create a livable, thriving city where families and businesses can proudly call home.

Support Local Livonia Businesses

Small businesses are the heartbeat of our local economy. We need to do a better job of cultivating a business-friendly environment that supports established entrepreneurs and new ventures. Inviting and incentivizing innovative small businesses can create fresh opportunities that strengthen our economy and serve our residents. I will promote and support initiatives that spotlight Livonia’s incredible local businesses and work toward greater collaboration between the city and business owners.

Parks & Recreation

Parks and recreation are essential for a high quality of life. Livonia needs more modernized, accessible, and inviting public spaces for all walks of life to enjoy. I seek to invest in upgraded walking paths, community gathering areas, and recreation amenities to encourage a healthier and more connected community. Walkable communities have been found to provide a higher quality of life, and people are willing to pay more to live in walkable neighborhoods. Beautiful parks and inviting outdoor spaces will attract families and businesses to plant roots in Livonia.

Renew Our Community

A connected community values and invests in all its people, from youth to seniors. That’s why I support saving and revitalizing the Alfred Noble Library, ensuring it remains a Community Center and resource for learning and connecting.

A healthier Livonia focuses on well-being, which is why I fully support the creation of the updated Livonia Senior Center, community health hubs, community wellness initiatives like The Healthy Livonia 100 Days To Health, and preventative care opportunities such as SPN Survivors

We would LOVE to hear what changes YOU want to see in Livonia!
